Entitlements
Participants
Conference registrants for 2nd AOCPRM are entitled for all scientific sessions, poster presentation and tea breaks. Further, they are also invited to participate in the exhibition. Each participant will receive a Conference satchel with program ,abstract and related information on site.
Accompanying Persons
Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the poster presentation and exhibition.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat Office will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the participants' travel and visa arrangements. It does not imply provision of financial or other support.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of registration via Email once your registration has been processed. If you register and do not receive a confirmation, please contact with Secretariat Office . Or you can bring a copy of your Registration Form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.
Liabilities
All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.

Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to February 28,2010. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All approved refunds will only be made after the Congress.
On-Site Registration
Payment must be made either in cash (NT Dollars, US Dollars, RMB Dollars and EURO Dollars) or by credit card, and the exchange rate will be based on current rate during the conference.
